We are currently recruiting for a Returns Clerk to join our team. The Returns Clerk verifies and keeps records on incoming returns authorization by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

Hours are 7:00a-4:00p, Monday-Friday.

• Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Operates PB crimp tools, including diagnosis, repair and processing.
• Operates the stretch wrap banders.
• Unpacks, examines and routes incoming returns, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
• Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
• Supports the goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of return materials on hand at all times.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting purchased and manufactured components to ensure they meet company specifications and quality requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality by performing inspections, identifying defects, utilizing precision measuring equipment, and supporting continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of products and materials to verify compliance with specifications and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including: Micrometers, Calipers, Height gauges, thread gauges, and gauge pins.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and inspection plans.
• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products and materials.
• Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Recommend process improvements and corrective actions to enhance product quality.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support Edelbrock Group’s marketing, product, and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role collaborates closely with product managers, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling designs that align with brand standards and drive customer engagement within the automotive performance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials.
• Maintain and apply consistent brand identity across Edelbrock and its portfolio brands.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to translate technical product information into visually compelling and accurate designs.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, and layout specifications.
• Photograph products and events for use across a variety of projects and applications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Support product launches, promotions, and major events.
• Follow established workflows, file structures, and version control systems for asset management.

• Ensure all designs meet quality control standards and regulatory or packaging requirements when applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes

• 4 years proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility/plant equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to shop floor machinery atmospheric conditions such as fumes or airborne particles, noise, extreme weather, vibration, and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment and work areas can be loud. Note, personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when entering the plant to include ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel toe boots. Disposable masks are optional.

The Sales & Technical Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers and the company, providing expert product guidance, technical troubleshooting, and sales support across multiple performance automotive categories. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for performance, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Specialist will also represent the company at national trade shows, racing events, and motorsports gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador and technical resource.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Technical Expertise

• Provide professional, knowledgeable, and responsive assistance to customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot product issues, diagnose root causes, and provide accurate technical guidance or escalation as needed.
• Interpret technical data, installation instructions, and performance specifications to support both novice and professional customers.
• Maintain a high level of product expertise across all categories, including Valve Train, Drivetrain, Fuel Injection & Electronics, Nitrous Oxide Systems, and Cylinder Heads (training provided).

Sales Growth & Customer Engagement

• Proactively identify sales opportunities through customer interactions, product inquiries, and technical consultations.
• Recommend complementary or upgraded products to meet performance goals and increase sales conversion.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives by providing customer feedback and insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead follow-up, customer retention, and upsell opportunities.

Brand Representation & Industry Presence

• Represent the company at major motorsports events, trade shows, and performance industry expos nationwide.
• Provide live demonstrations, technical Q&A sessions, and hands-on product education to end users and industry professionals.
• Travel occasionally (by car or airplane, including some weekends) to support events and strengthen the company’s brand presence within the performance community.

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical cases, and sales transactions within CRM and support systems.
• Communicate customer feedback, product performance trends, and recurring issues to management and engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience, documentation, and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
