Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Use a lift truck to pick orders and prepare them for shipment
- Safely operate a hi-lo or pallet jack to transport materials within the warehouse
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and safety guidelines while operating the forklift
- Conduct regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording stock levels and locations
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification is a plus
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order picking
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on the forklift
- Familiarity with operating a pallet jack is preferred

TITLE: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility/plant equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production • Maintenance: Troubleshooting/Diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. • Demonstrate basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) • Perform basic Lathe and Mill operations: turning, grooving, parting, threading, drilling, boring, knurling and tapping • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Organization of parts storage and tool storage. • Must be physically present with regular and dependable attendance.

The Setup Technician – Sets up a wide variety of 3-5 Axis milling centers and manufacturing cells. Works with the crews associated with machining automotive aftermarket components in a fast-paced environment. This includes; reviewing manufacturing documents, setting up and running FAI parts on a variety of machines, tools/tooling properly measured and installed in carousels, part quality standards are met, and of the equipment is maintained to company defined standards and goals. Transmission Builder is responsible for performing repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with OEM and/or TCI® standards. Specifically, they will diagnose, disassemble and rebuild RWD transmissions and related components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Diagnose, disassemble and rebuild transmissions and related components on various types of RWD transmissions.
2. Receive work orders from department manager paying special attention to build to specifications.
3. Perform work as outlined on work order with efficiency and accuracy.
4. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
5. Communicate with Part Pullers to obtain needed parts.
6. Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
7. Notify department manager or supervisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
8. Notify department manager or supervisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
9. Document work performed.
10. Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
11. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
